Fractal Power User Meetings

Fractal power user meetings are meant to bring together people who build tasks for Fractal, build libraries to work with Fractal OME-Zarrs or are looking to start building such tools. The goal is to build up the community of Fractal power users and increase the exchange between power users.

For 2025, we split the Fractal Power User Meetings into 2 different formats:
1. Presentation & discussion meetings: These meetings take place at 4pm for 1.5h. They include presentations by the Fractal Core team, as well as presentations by Fractal power users on tasks that they have developed, workflows they are running with Fractal and other developments in the Fractal ecosystem. The meetings are fully hybrid and alternate between UZH & FMI.

2. Mini hackathon power user meetings: These meetings start with an in-person only session from 1pm to 4pm, where we hack together on specific topics. From 4pm to 5pm, the will be a hybrid review session of the meeting, where participants present what they have worked on. The hackathon meetings alternate between UZH & FMI.

We will have one presentation & discussion meeting, followed by 2 hackathon meetings and then repeat.
